CHALLENGE: Refresh a pet carrier brand which was expanding into all facets of pet travel, including car travel accessories. Sherpa had quality products, but needed to improve upon a weak packaging identity and marketing strategy. They suffered from many product returns due to consumer confusion when purchasing the right size carrier for their pet. Product competitors were also quickly capitalizing on their retail space.
SOLUTION: Created a lifestyle brand where consumers could see themselves using Sherpa products and better understand how AND where they could use them. Key focal points were a new logo, relatable imagery, clear sizing instructions, a brand look which translated well to the expanding product lines, and eCommerce photos & videos which quickly answered the consumer's most FAQs.
